Collective Voice is an influencer marketing platform that connects creators and marketers. Their mission is to empower social-commerce creators to produce authentic, high-impact content that drives business results through affiliate marketing and brand partnerships.

When I joined the team, Rakuten was launching the platform and needed support building upon the brand foundations created by Red Antler. I worked on the brand guidelines, launch campaign, marketing, and event visuals.





Key to the brand staying relevant with an ever-changing creator economy was unique campaign visuals at key annual trending moments: Black Friday, Back-to-School, Holiday, alongside platform milestones like product launches and new retailers. I established unique brand applications for milestone expression.

The platform is key to the brand's success. The development team is continually working to better meet the needs of creators and marketers. I established the Product Marketing guide to support the education and communication around product features, so the user experience was intuitive from the start.
