As a Visual Designer at Rakuen, I supported the Collective Voice platform establishing their brand guidelines and campaign visuals. Building from the foundations at Red Antler, I grew the pattern, icon, typoraphy, illustration and photography libraryof the brand to accomodate the company’s expanding visual communication needs.





Key to the brand staying relevant with an ever-changing creator economy was unique campaign visuals at key annual trending moments: Black Friday, Back-to-School, Holiday alongside platform milestones like product launches and new retailers. I established unique applications of the brands for milestone alignment.









The Collective Voice platform is key to the success of the brand. The development team is constantly working on how to better provide for the needs of creators and marketers. I established the Product Marketing guide to support the education and communication around product features so the user experience was intuitive from the start.
